We design revocable trust and will-based estate plans, oversee their execution, and provide initial trust funding services to ensure proper implementation.
Our estate planning services are designed for individuals who value a
clear, efficient process, from the initial consultation to the due execution of their documents. Our practice is
intentionally focused, allowing us to deliver well-structured plans
without unnecessary complexity.
For enhanced estate plans, including complex contingent distribution schemes, asset protection structures and tax planning, please schedule a brief consultation. Matters involving advanced tax planning or business succession planning are
better handled by specialists.

How the process works
Portal Registration. Create your account and verify your
email.
Virtual Walkthrough (15–30 minutes). A paralegal completes
your intake and confirms your decision-makers (fiduciaaries).
Attorney Review (up to three 30-minute virtual meetings).
We discuss your needs, review your estate plan, answer questions, and finalize your structure.
Estate Plan Signing (60 minutes in person). We coordinate
formal signing to ensure your documents are executed in full compliance
with Texas law. Required witnesses and notaries are arranged, and the process
is supervised to ensure validity. You receive the executed originals and
a scanned copy for your records.
Our estate planning service includes three components: consultation
and drafting, document execution, and funding and implementation.
Legal insurance covers consultation and drafting only. Document
execution (notary), funding and implementation, and recording costs
remain the client’s responsibility. View Fees
for a full cost breakdown.
