Estate Planning

Revocable trusts · Will-based plans · Incapacity planning

We design revocable trust and will-based estate plans, oversee their execution, and provide initial trust funding services to ensure proper implementation.

Please review the Estate Plan Guide to learn more.

Who This Service Is Designed For

Our estate planning services are designed for individuals who value a clear, efficient process, from the initial consultation to the due execution of their documents. Our practice is intentionally focused, allowing us to deliver well-structured plans without unnecessary complexity.

For enhanced estate plans, including complex contingent distribution schemes, asset protection structures and tax planning, please schedule a brief consultation. Matters involving advanced tax planning or business succession planning are better handled by specialists.

  3. Attorney Review (up to three 30-minute virtual meetings). We discuss your needs, review your estate plan, answer questions, and finalize your structure.
