For all other matters, work is billed at the rate applicable to the person performing it.

We endeavor to provide quotes before undertaking work. Some matters, however, are inherently unpredictable, and the final cost may depend on facts, third-party participation, document volume, timing, or changes in scope.
Filing fees, recording fees, vendor charges, and other out-of-pocket costs remain the client's responsibility where applicable.
