New Fee Implementation (Effective April 1, 2026): A document execution and primary residence funding fee ($400 itemized below) will apply to all estate plan matters beginning on or after April 1, 2026. A matter is deemed to begin on the date the walkthrough appointment is booked; not the date the actual walkthrough occurs.
Book a walkthrough prior to April 1, 2026 to avoid the new fees.
We do not permit piecemeal implementation. Documents we prepare are carried through to proper execution or recording. All associated third-party costs remain the client’s responsibility.

(non investment related assets) per administrative protest cycle. There are three phases:
- Initial Protest Filing. Preparation and timely filing of the protest.
- Informal Hearing. Presentation of evidence and negotiation with the appraisal district.
- Formal Hearing. Representation before the Appraisal Review Board (ARB), if necessary.
Legal insurance also covers arbitration attorney fees but not filing fees (which range from $500-$800). This only applies if you
wish to proceed towards arbitration.
Business representation is structured either hourly or on a flat-fee basis depending on scope and is not covered by legal insurance.
- Hourly Rate: Quoted upon engagement
- Flat Fee Projects: Scoped and quoted in advance where possible. A flat fee of $350 will be included to scope and quote. If we cannot provide you a quote, we refund you.
For new engagements, initial matters may begin hourly until scope and workflow are defined.
Larger or repeat matters are typically quoted once structure is established.
