Payment information is processed through secure, tokenized payment processors. The Firm does not store full credit card numbers. If, in the future, we utilize artificial intelligence or automation tools to assist with document preparation or workflow, such tools will operate solely as service providers and will not receive independent rights to client data.
Incoming and outgoing telephone calls may be recorded automatically. Notice of recording is provided at the time of the call. Recordings are retained for a minimum of five (5) years unless a longer retention period is required for legal or professional reasons.
